Nick Yagoda

Nick Yagoda is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in both New Jersey and New York, and a paralegal at Thomas F. DiLullo & Associates, P.C. He assists individuals, businesses, trusts, and estates with a broad range of federal, state, and local tax matters.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Yagoda served as a Revenue Agent with the Internal Revenue Service and worked in public accounting. That combination gave him experience across federal, state, and international taxation, IRS examinations and controversy matters, estate and gift taxation, accounting, and financial reporting, serving individuals, closely held businesses, corporations, partnerships, trusts, estates, and high-net-worth clients.
